Digital Delivery

MASKED MANIPULATIONS sells exclusively digital products. No physical items are shipped.

Upon successful payment, your digital product will be delivered in one of the following ways:

• Instant download — A download link will be made available immediately after your order is confirmed.
• Email delivery — A link or attachment will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't receive your download within a few minutes.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any problems accessing or downloading your purchase, contact us within 14 days of your order at info@maskedmanipulations.com and we'll make it right.

No Customs or Import Fees

As all products are digital, there are no shipping costs, customs duties, or import taxes.
