Digital Products — No Refund Policy

All products sold by MASKED MANIPULATIONS are digital goods delivered electronically. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a digital product that is made available to you immediately upon payment.
  • In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been made available to you.
  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital product has been delivered or made accessible.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded.
  • The product delivered is significantly different from what was described.
